Raffle Ticket Fund Raising Program
The Shady Creek Outdoor Education Foundation is a thrilled to be able to provide a unique and easy fundraising solution to our schools via the raffle ticket fundraising program, sponsored by Dow Lewis Motors, Inc.
In the 2010/2011 school year, participants of the fundraising program raised almost $90,000 collectively through raffle ticket sales, providing significant assistance to students and the schools alike in defraying program costs.
Who Qualifies?
The program is available to any school, public or private, participating in the Shady Creek Outdoor School program.
How Do I Get Started?
It's EASY! Simply fill out and return the raffle ticket sign-up form and return via fax: 530-923-7401, email: rikkishaffer@comcast.net, or mail to: Shady Creek OEF, 970 Klamath Lane, Yuba City, CA 95993.

Once form is received we will arrange to deliver tickets to you.
Sale Forms: additionally, you will find it helpful to use the sales forms that have been created to assist you in your efforts (formatted excel worksheets to record and manage your sale are also available upon request).
Raffle tickets are sold for $3.00 each. At the end of the your sale .50 for every ticket sold is returned to SCOEF. The remainder stays with the school. The drawing prize of a 3 day, 2 night trip for 4 to Disneyland (hotel & airfare included), or $1,500 cash is provided by SCOEF and our program sponsor, Dow Lewis Motors, Inc.
What Do I Do at The End of My Sale?
Finishing up is a snap. Complete the raffle ticket summary form and return to SCOEF with your unsold tickets, ticket stubs, and a check for .50 per sold ticket. All ticket stubs will be entered into the drawing to be held June 1, 2012. Winner will be notified by phone and posted on website by June 2, 2012.
